Brighthouse was appointed Project Consultant and created a design concept for the redevelopment of this superbly located caravan park, on the edge of the Hardy Inlet in Augusta.
The concept contained tourist caravan and camping sites, self-contained tourist accomodation and a residential lifestyle village component.
The lifestyle village section of the development underpinned the viability of the highly seasonal tourist holiday park and minimised the financial risk to the local government owners.
We then prepared a Feasibility Study, facilitated community consultation meetings and a Business Plan for the parks' owner's - The Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.
The Shire of Augusta-Margaret River has commenced partial development of the site.
